About Us
Betagro Group is a leading integrated food company in regional, committed to advancing sustainable agriculture, food safety and innovation. Betagro continuously expands its footprint across the region. We are currently seeking a high-caliber HR Business Partner to be based in Singapore and assigned to support our operations under Betagro Foods Trading.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the integration of Betagro's Singapore entities, including promoting the adoption of Betagro's HR systems, processes, values and culture
2. Manage workforce planning for aligning with annual budget and able to control manpower with line manager
3. Implement and facilitate performance management system cycles with line manager
4. Coaching line managers in all aspects of HR policies and procedures
5. Ensure adherence to Singapore labor laws and handle all legal HR matters
6. Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a harmonious work environment by aligning engagement execution plan
7. Monitor and report on workforce metrics for management review
Qualifications
1. Singaporean citizen or permanent resident
2. Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
3. Minimum 5 years of HR experiences in agriculture, food production, or manufacturing sectors
4. Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and HR operational excellence
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, and hands-on leadership
