Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support for all production practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an application support role.
  • Proficiency in Unix commands, Shell scripting, and SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of Job scheduling, Kafka, and ActiveMQ is a plus.
  • Exposure to the banking industry is advantageous.
  • Ownership-oriented with the ability to meet SLAs without compromising on work quality.
