Job Title: FOH Management Trainee for Upscale Chinese Hotpot

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front of House (FOH) Management Trainee for an upscale Chinese hotpot dining experience. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth daily operations, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to customers, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Oversee the front-of-house operations, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and controlling inventory.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Conduct thorough training programs for new hires, focusing on effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
