Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned and driven Restaurant Operations Supervisor to lead our front-of-house and back-of-house teams. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our upscale dining concept.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of all service standards, and driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH functions
  • Leading, motivating, and training service and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Managing scheduling, inventory, and cost controls to optimize outlet performance
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and restaurant operations is a plus, but not essential
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays as required
  • A positive attitude, hands-on approach, and commitment to excellence
