Job Summary:

The EUC Operations Lead is responsible for developing and executing a forward-thinking EUC strategy aligned with IT and business goals. This role involves identifying emerging technologies to enhance end-user experience and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a forward-thinking EUC strategy aligned with IT and business goals.
  • Identifying emerging technologies to enhance end-user experience and foster innovation.
  • Overseeing delivery of all end-user computing services, including desktop support, device management, VDI, software deployment, and collaboration tools.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the EUC team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Managing team resources, budgets, and performance.
  • Championing the end-user experience, ensuring services are reliable and meet business needs.
  • Implementing feedback mechanisms for continuous service improvement.
  • Ensuring security and compliance of end-user devices and systems, working with security teams.
  • Overseeing asset management, procurement, deployment, and disposal of hardware/software assets.
  • Managing vendor relationships, ensuring SLAs are met and value is delivered.
  • Collaborating with other IT departments and stakeholders for seamless service integration.
  • Overseeing resolution of complex end-user issues and implementing proactive measures.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.

At least 20 years of IT experience, with 10+ years in leadership managing end-user services.

Strong knowledge of hardware, OS (Windows, macOS), mobile platforms, virtualization, collaboration, and video conferencing technologies.

Experience with device management tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf).

Understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management.

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
