We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Service Team Leader to join our team at PARKROYAL COLLECTION MARINA BAY, SINGAPORE. As a key member of our banquet team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all banquet functions, from planning and coordination to execution and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with event hosts to ensure seamless execution of banquet functions
  • Plan and organize banquet logistics, including setup, service, and breakdown
  • Supervise and train banquet staff to maintain high standards of service and quality
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards and policies
  • Collaborate with kitchen and conference planning teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in Tourism/Hospitality Management or F&B Service Management
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
