Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Leader to spearhead our sales team and drive revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:Market Development & Strategy
- Identify, assess, and capitalize on market opportunities to fuel sustainable growth.
- Analyze customer and competitor data to inform business strategy and optimize sales processes.
- Develop and report insights on market conditions, industry trends, and account potential.
- Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
Sales Team Management & Leadership
- Guide, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet targets and exceed expectations.
- Assist the Sales Director with team management and coaching responsibilities, focusing on developing high-performing teams.
- Create and implement sales processes, policies, and best practices to support business objectives and drive growth.
Collaboration & Partnership Building
- Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Negotiate contract terms and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
- Proven experience in sales leadership or team lead roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong coaching and leadership abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop long-term partnerships and customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel both locally and internationally as required.
