Job Title: Corporate Development Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Development Strategist to drive the company's success, shape the future of the carbon market, and make a significant impact on the broader sustainability ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in management consulting, sustainability consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking or similar roles. They should have exposure to carbon markets, sustainability, or ESG investing, but this is not a must-have. A sharp analytical mind and structured thinking, comfortable working with market data and regulatory frameworks, are essential for this role.

The Corporate Development Strategist will support the development and execution of corporate strategy, including market assessments, regulatory developments, competitive analysis, and business model evaluation. They will also drive clarity and storytelling around the company's business model, market position, and growth roadmap.

This is a pivotal role that requires strong analytical skills, financial modelling skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, both internally and externally, to drive commercial outcomes.
