Job Title: Corporate Strategy & Development

This role involves the formulation and execution of corporate strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the company's goals and objectives, as well as expertise in market research, business development, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of Department in planning, managing, and implementing corporate strategies.
  • Collect and analyze data on the company's operations and development, including macroeconomic trends, policies, and regulations.
  • Conduct research and evaluate the industrial structure and dynamics.
  • Develop strategic plans and roadmaps through communication with teams across the organization.
  • Manage the process of proposing, reporting, and seeking approval of investment projects in fixed assets and equity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Investment, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in project development, project management, and financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry, particularly upstream and downstream sectors, is preferred.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, and financial literacy.
  • Good organizational, time management skills, and stress tolerance with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese languages.
