Accounting Team Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced accounting team lead to join our organization. As an accounting team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide the accounting team to deliver work in line with company quality standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other teams to design and implement training programs aligned with team and industry needs.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in accountancy (ACCA/ISCA certificate a plus).
  • 3-6 years of experience in an outsourcing firm (1-2 years experience in managing people).
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others.
  • Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and keep things moving and juggle multiple tasks.
