Restaurant Operations Manager Job Overview

The Restaurant Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise Assistant Managers and Baristas to guarantee outstanding customer service and high-quality food products
    • Maintain a standard of quality, service, product, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
    • Enforce standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
    • Develop and implement strategies to maintain a profitable and reputable outlet

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum O Level / N Level / ITE qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in F&B managerial roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Able to commit to a 6-day work week
