Job Description:

As a Freelance Guest Experience Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. You will be part of a high-performing team at our Flex property, contributing to revenue growth, occupancy optimization, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Greet guests with a warm smile, performing efficient check-in and check-out duties
  2. Create engaging experiences for guests by showing genuine interest, anticipating requests, and interacting with them throughout their stay
  3. Deliver top-notch customer service by listening attentively to guests' needs and coordinating with internal teams to find prompt solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or customer relations industry, preferably in a hotel or serviced apartment environment
  • Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations accurately and respond appropriately
  • Tech-savvy with experience working with Microsoft Office and PMS/helpdesk systems
