Restaurant Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-end dining establishments, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fine dining concepts, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers receive efficient and friendly service.
  • Oversee service during meal periods and ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.
  • Maintain and ensure cleaning and maintaining of outlet to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Streamline communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff for peak-hour efficiency.
  • Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with company standards, workplace safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a team-working and friendly atmosphere among staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fine dining restaurants or luxury hospitality industry.
  • Proven record at supervisory level in fine dining concepts.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
