Sales & Customer Service Officer at NK Education PTE. LTD.

Salary: SGD 5,000 - SGD 6,500 per month

About the Role
As a pioneering member of our new sales department, you will be instrumental in driving client management and student enrollment success while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Our comprehensive training program ensures your growth and development in mastering our programs, services, and processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Mastery of our programs, services, and processes
  • Rapid identification of customer needs for efficient sales conversion and service delivery
  • Taking ownership of leads to meet targets
  • Coordination with the teaching department for seamless operations
  • Fulfillment of other duties assigned by management

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • O levels, Nitec certification, and up
  • Availability on 3 weekdays and weekends required
  • English and Chinese proficiency; strong bilingualism is advantageous
  • Demonstrates emotional maturity and passion
  • Good persuasion and mediation skills
  • Professional with a positive and cheerful demeanor
