We are seeking a Key Sales Growth Driver to join our team at RANDSTAD PTE. LIMITED in Singapore.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth in the cooling segment by identifying market trends, generating leads, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants and end-users. As a Key Sales Growth Driver, you will promote our company's cooling piping systems to establish us as a preferred solutions provider in both the Industrial Solutions (IS) and Building Technology (BT) markets.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will manage the sales process from planning to execution, coordinating with technical specialists. They will maintain CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) to track opportunities, update project statuses, and plan customer interactions. Additionally, they will attend exhibitions and deliver training to customers.
The Key Sales Growth Driver will also conduct market research and engagement activities using tools like BCI. They will identify sales leads, engage stakeholders, and evaluate market trends to develop targeted marketing and sales strategies.

- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and owners to specify our products for cooling applications.
- Strategic Development: Execute long-term strategies to grow sales, focusing on sectors such as hospitality, commercial, and district cooling.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sales Expertise: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in cooling-related products (e.g., chillers, cooling towers). Proven ability to secure business deals and meet sales targets. Established network in the cooling industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, fire codes, building regulations, and eco-friendly practices. Familiarity with cooling system applications in industrial markets.
- Analytical and Market Insights: Skilled in analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to create sales opportunities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work both independently and in teams.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, plus AWS, Performance Bonus, Transport and Petrol Allowances.
