The company is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to spearhead the development and execution of its people strategy across multiple markets. This role will play a crucial part in building foundational HR infrastructure and scalable, fit-for-purpose people processes to enable business growth through culture, capability and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of the company's people strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
- Build and implement foundational HR infrastructure and scalable people processes, enabling business growth through culture, capability and organisational development.
- Drive the implementation of a global HRIS platform, ensuring data-led decision-making across the organisation.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, rewards and operational excellence.
- A proven track record of experience in building HR from the ground up in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on and entrepreneurial HR leader, comfortable with pace, ambiguity and resource constraints.
- Prior experience in SMEs or founder-led businesses, with a strong understanding of Singapore's employment legislation and manpower regulations.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to drive execution at speed and influence C-suite stakeholders.
Total compensation up to SGD 220,000 per annum, plus participation in the company's employee stock ownership plan (ESOPs).
Location:Based in Singapore; reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
