Job Title: Food Service Robotics Leader

Director of Strategic Growth

The Director of Strategic Growth will lead sales and deployment activities for foodservice robotics systems, ensuring customer success and smooth running of deployed units. This role represents the voice of customers to drive product development and prepare for commercialization.

This strategic and hands-on role supports consumer experience, customer success, and business success while pushing boundaries in industry-wide foodservice automation. The successful candidate will help reimagine kitchens of tomorrow and realize this vision today.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies.
  • Build and grow relationships to drive sales, deployments, and support for foodservice robotics.
  • Drive product features definition, prioritization, and commercialization with customers and technical teams.
  • Form strategic partnerships to support the roadmap.
  • Track market trends, identify new markets, and recommend new products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Act as the face of the product and first point of contact for customers.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in engineering or relevant field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in foodservice leading operation innovations & technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience developing and operating technical systems.
  • Experience navigating franchise organizations.
  • Experience driving hardware product vision, roadmap, development, pilot, and roll-out.
  • Experience in partnerships with suppliers/innovators, operators, and investors within the foodservice ecosystem.
  • Experience developing and launching new foodservice concepts.
  • Experience working as an interface between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable in equipment food safety/sanitation requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in start-ups.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams.
