
Channel Sales Strategist

The Regional Channel Sales Enabler Manager is a key role that drives revenue growth and margin improvement by optimizing product strategy, pricing, and sales channel performance. This position requires a strategic thinker who can bridge product, pricing, operational efficiency, and international sales enablement to strengthen distribution channels and unlock new market potential.
Key Responsibilities- Manage channel sales for upholstery and case goods (bureaus & cabinets) to optimize revenue generation.
- Monitor product performance metrics such as Rate of Sales, AOV, and attachment rates to inform data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain a balanced product mix with complementary offerings to meet customer needs.
- Conduct competitive analysis and ensure outward-looking product positioning to stay ahead in the market.
- Ensure pricing strategies align with market dynamics and profitability goals to maximize margin growth.
- Monitor Gross Profit (GP) and optimize for sustainable margin growth through efficient cost management.
- Collaborate with factories to balance the number of models with market variety demands and reduce complexity.
- Work with logistics teams to consolidate operations and attract 4PL suppliers to reduce costs.
- Identify opportunities to digitalise administrative processes to reduce inefficiencies and enhance productivity.
- Support the transition of admin functions to China to scale sales and reduce back-office overhead.
- Manage sales offices and teams, including agents, reps, distributors, and marketers to drive sales growth.
- Develop management frameworks and performance KPIs with overseas office heads to ensure effective leadership.
- Oversee continuous sales training and capability development programs to enhance team skills.
- Identify and develop untapped markets (e.g. Polynesia, Micronesia, Melanesia) to expand the company's presence.
- Establish and grow presence in department stores, own retail stores, and pop-up concepts to increase brand visibility.
- Leverage road shows and similar activations as part of the channel marketing toolkit to engage customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field to provide a solid foundation for the role.
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in channel sales, sales operations, or regional sales enablement to demonstrate relevant expertise.
- Strong understanding of product pricing, merchandising, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience in multi-country sales strategies and working with 4PLs is preferred to leverage global best practices.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects across geographics to drive collaboration and results.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills to succeed in this role.
