Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance our brand presence, attract new clients, and retain existing ones.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and client retention.
  • Track and analyze sales performance for our training courses and provide regular reports and insights to refine strategies and boost results.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, customer services, and training teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive growth and meet business objectives.
  • Support various sales and marketing projects, including event coordination, content creation, and promotional activities, to enhance the training center's presence and performance.

Requirements:

  1. At least Diploma in Marketing.
  2. At least 5 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in a Training center.
  3. Class 3/3A Singapore License is an advantage.
  4. On-the-job training will be provided.
  5. Singaporeans & SPR are welcomed to apply.
