About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced EHS professional who can provide technical leadership and guidance to the team. You should have a strong background in EHS management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs that meet or exceed regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS regulations
- Provide training and education to employees on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Requirements:
- Masters degree in a related field, such as environmental science, occupational health, or safety engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a large pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing company
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification preferred
