Job Title: Manager, Philanthropic Partnerships, Corporates 3

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Philanthropic Partnerships, Corporates 3 to join our team at Carees@Gov. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving Community Chest's philanthropy and engagement goals, including mobilization of donations and resources for the social service sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brokering and facilitating fundraising & engagement partnerships with corporate accounts from the Private sector.
  • Deepening existing partnerships and donation support from corporate accounts.
  • Planning, organising and enhancing cause-based fundraising initiatives with corporate partners.
  • Working with various business units within NCSS to develop fundraising and engagement strategies via a data-driven approach in achieving the fund-raising commitment for President's challenge
What You Will Be Working On:
  • Perform relationship and engagement functions to achieve fundraising targets through all existing donation platforms
  • Work closely with President's office to achieve fund-raising commitments
  • Strengthen the engagement and relationship with existing donors through regular and robust donor stewardship to enhance donor experience to promote continued support.
  • Plan and manage PC signature events such as Istana Open Houses and other PC related events such as media launches.
  • Cultivate and build up relationship with potential new donors by strategising the approach and implementation plan, in consultation with HOD.
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with internal stakeholders within NCSS in achieving philanthropy and engagement outcomes.
  • Secretariat duties for oversight committee
  • To manage operational budget and to have clear oversight on income and expenses.

    • Basic data literacy and able to be comfortable with analysing spreadsheets and dashboards
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
