Corporate Secretarial Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Secretarial professional to fulfill key responsibilities.

  • Job Description:
  • Draft and prepare corporate documents, including Directors' Resolutions, AGM & EGM documents, and meeting materials.
  • Prepare board resolutions and minutes examples for company changes. Organize and coordinate board meetings and preparation of board papers.
  • E-file transactions with relevant authorities, including Annual Return, Return of Allotment, and Appointment of Officers. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Engage with external parties, such as service providers and notary offices. Respond to information requests from business units and auditors. Supervise a team of corporate secretaries. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services. Possession or pursuit of ICSA or relevant qualification is advantageous. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail. Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Certificate preparation. Board support. E-filing and compliance. Liaison and communication. Team management.
