
Administrative Secretary Position

We are seeking a skilled and organized corporate secretarial professional to handle a wide range of tasks, including document preparation, compliance management, and administrative duties.
The successful candidate will have experience in corporate secretarial work, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. They will be responsible for preparing documents for meetings, updating statutory registers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
In addition to their corporate secretarial expertise, the ideal candidate will also provide advice on compliance matters, handle employee passes and work permits, and assist with payroll computations and CPF submissions.
They will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be proficient in MS Office applications, and have experience working with Xero software. Knowledge of HR and MOM procedures is an added advantage.
