**Roles & Responsibilities
**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling our key clients’ portfolio to ensure all company secretarial matters are managed in a professional and timely manner
- Preparing necessary documents for company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, AGM, EGM, board resolutions/meetings, corporate actions, striking off, etc
- Handle filing, scanning, data input, keep track of payment and organize records in excel sheet
- Assist in key clients’ administrative work, ie. Updating the statutory information & documents via office system
- Perform certain administration tasks pertaining to the clients or internal procedures, provide operations support to the assigned team
- Handling mails and courier services
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
**Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate secretarial practice. Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications (SAICSA) would be advantageous
- Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active, positive working attitude with good team ethos and able to work both independently and collectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
