Senior Project Architect Opportunity

This is a challenging role for an experienced project architect who can manage projects from design to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with consultants on design and technical matters.
  • Work with the project team to prepare concept, pre-final, and final submissions, as well as construction documents and drawings.
  • Maintain regular communication with external and internal members of the project team.
  • Direct the technical team on compliance with planning and building regulations.
  • Assist in coordinating works and provide leadership to ensure established objectives are met.
Requirements:
  • A registrable degree from the Board of Architects Singapore.
  • A minimum of 4-8 years of relevant working experience.
  • The ability to plan, design, and implement building projects, including industrial development and related facilities.
  • Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Qualified person registered with BOA who is able to sign will have an added advantage.
