Are you a strategic leader with exceptional project management skills? Do you have experience driving complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes?

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading multiple software implementation projects across various customer accounts.

Your primary focus will be on owning and guiding the project lifecycle, including strategy development, resource allocation, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. You must be able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influence and negotiate effectively, and drive results-oriented decision-making.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Managing project scope, resources, and commercial aspects
  • Serving as an escalation point for key decisions and bottlenecks
  • Participating in sales process and providing input on project approach and timelines

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading multiple IT system implementations in large retail landscapes
  • Experience managing complex networks of internal and external senior stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to interact confidently with customer stakeholders and influence decision-making
