Strategic Game Industry Leader

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for the gaming industry? Do you have a strong leadership background and experience in game/product life cycle management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to take on a senior role in our organization.

Job Description:

As a Strategic Game Industry Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Team Leaders & Planners. Your primary focus will be on the entire management of game/product life cycle, including budget and Profit & Loss responsibility. You will ensure that the company maintains a strong link and develops game communities through continuous initiatives. Additionally, you will lead game research and market analysis relating to target marketing plans and implement effective strategies accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity/leadership role
  • Well-versed or passionate about gaming/gaming industry
  • Self-driven, independent, result-oriented analytical combined with adaptability and initiative
  • Strong business acumen with a results-driven and analytical mindset
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
