**Industry Manager, GCR Gaming - Enterprise Responsibilities**:

- Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals across a diversified book of business
- Develop a deep understanding of the Gaming category, specifically the console/cross-platform segment
- Play the lead role in developing the holistic business of a Gaming vertical by owning vertical workstreams and/or strategic pillars of success
- Build, train and maintain a high performing team
- Act as player/coach by driving long term opportunity and coaching a team through short term sales strategies
- Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Business Operations, Platform, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our client efforts
- Guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Meta Gaming GCR to clients for both B2C and B2B marketing
- Establish strong client-side relationships at all levels
- Identify winning strategies and scale the insights throughout the vertical
- Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Meta, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and agencies
- Communicates strategic information and context from the company and organization to the team, manager, and partners to be successful
- Assigns projects aligned with team strengths, skills and motivations, and adjusts management style to match the needs of the individual
- Builds a culture where differences are appreciated and everyone feels valued and builds internal community, drives inclusion
- Shows care by understanding what matters most to people and recognizes people for their contributions
- Identifies skills needed for the role, interviews, hires, and on-boards new employees to the team
- With mínimal guidance, ensures the team is healthy and begins to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with manager

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Storyteller with experience communicating the benefit of marketing opportunities to clients
- Facebook and Instagram user with knowledge of the media landscape, reseller channels and vertical markets
- Communication and presentation experience with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data in to client value
- 10 or more years of experience in a sales environment
- Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships
- Experience building relationships with top marketing decision makers at brands and agencies
- 5 or more years of experience with sales management
- Demonstrated experience using advertising data to craft media strategies
- Proven experience as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing performance measures, processes and systems
- Knowledge of the advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience within the gaming industry
- Familiarity with direct response/user acquisition strategies
