We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at HOTEL YAN PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that guest rooms are adequately stocked with amenities for their comfort and convenience.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Familiarize yourself with and adhere to the policies and procedures established by HOTEL YAN PTE. LTD. and the relevant government regulations.
  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that guests receive the assistance they require.
  • Perform a range of tasks as assigned, including taking messages, handling guest check-in and check-out, and maintaining the hotel's equipment and facilities.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the engineering team in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident preferred.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using the hotel's current computer system.
