Regional Compliance Lead Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to drive compliance initiatives across a rapidly growing platform, shaping regional operations and making a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the compliance framework across the region.
  • Provide ongoing regulatory guidance to key teams, ensuring alignment with investment, operational, and investor relations objectives.
  • Design, enhance, and implement effective compliance policies, controls, and processes.
  • Review and approve critical marketing materials and investor communications for regulatory compliance.
  • Manage regulatory filings, reporting, and licensing requirements.
  • Deliver targeted training and practical compliance solutions to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in compliance roles within a hedge fund, private equity, or asset management environment.
  • Detailed knowledge of regional and global regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to provide business-focused compliance advice.
  • Experience managing a team or readiness to take on a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
