Job Title

Senior Food Safety Leader sought for regional oversight of food safety initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region.

Our business is dedicated to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a senior-level professional to oversee our food safety initiatives across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

As a Senior Food Safety Leader, you will lead our food safety efforts and regulatory compliance strategies across 6 countries in the APAC region. This senior role oversees the development and execution of food safety standards, compliance systems, and regulatory management across these markets.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 6 direct reports, each overseeing local execution and ensuring consistent performance tracking and a strong culture of compliance across the region.

This role requires a strong understanding of food safety systems, regulated product compliance, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multi-country teams and managing distributed direct reports.

The selected candidate will also be expected to develop and implement regional frameworks for HACCP, SOPs, food recall management, and issue resolution. Additionally, they will design and roll out internal audit programs, dashboards, and regional scorecards with clear KPIs and action plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience in food safety, compliance, or quality management, preferably with regional oversight.
  • A strong knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, GHP) and regulated product compliance.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-country teams and managing distributed direct reports.
  • Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and hands-on approach when needed.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
