Compliance Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned compliance professional to join our organization in Asia, overseeing the advisory compliance function. This role will partner closely with various teams to deliver practical regulatory advice and drive enhancements to the compliance framework as we expand across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of the compliance advisory framework across Asia.
  • Provide day-to-day regulatory guidance to investment, operations, and investor relations teams.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain compliance policies, controls, and processes.
  • Review and approve marketing materials and investor communications.
  • Manage regulatory filings, reporting, and licensing needs.
  • Deliver training and practical compliance solutions to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in compliance, preferably in a hedge fund, private equity or asset management environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regional and global regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to provide business-focused compliance advice.
  • Experience managing a team or readiness to step into a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
