Compliance Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Expert to lead our customs compliance programs, ensuring all international trade regulations are met.

  • This role will drive the implementation of import/export compliance programs, enhance customs processes, and systems for greater efficiency.
  • The Compliance Expert will implement effective entry review and post-audit programs to identify and correct issues, and proactively plan customs compliance activities to mitigate potential risks.

This is a full-time employment opportunity requiring 5 years of experience in international trade compliance, with knowledge of customs clearance systems and operational procedures. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage customs compliance programs to ensure all international trade regulations are met.
  • Drive the implementation of import/export compliance programs for the region.
  • Enhance customs processes and systems for greater efficiency.
  • Implement effective entry review and post-audit programs.
  • Proactively plan customs compliance activities to mitigate potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international trade compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of customs clearance systems and operational procedures.
