We're looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who wants to work alongside a dynamic crew dedicated to breaking boundaries and making a real impact.

As our new Event Management Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing creative plans that help us hit our goals and keep everything aligned
  • Overseeing daily operations in the events department to ensure smooth sailing for all our events
  • Reviewing and enhancing our processes quarterly to boost efficiency, cut costs, and elevate event quality
  • Leveraging the latest tech and innovation solutions to streamline operations and minimize risks
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of all events, making sure they're on time, within budget, and meet our high standards
  • Working closely with the general manager, project managers, and business development manager to align all event aspects with clients' and organization goals
  • Approving and monitoring event-related spending and keeping our financial records on point
  • Guiding and supporting the project team, providing direction and developing training programs every six months to level up their skills
  • Conducting quarterly reviews of team performance and giving helpful feedback to keep everyone on track
  • Advising project managers to ensure client needs and expectations are met for every event
  • Keeping the senior management in the loop about operational performance, including event results, budget status, and any challenges every quarter

We're looking for someone with:

  • 8+ years of experience in event management in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team
  • Strong project management skills and experience in managing budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping your cool and creativity flowing
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a knack for problem-solving
