Key Responsibilities:- Acquire and prospect new Premier Banking Offshore customers from the North Asia market, with a focus on Taiwan.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
- Contribute to the growth of Premier Banking through the accomplishment of profit and revenue targets.
- Manage relationships with new and existing affluent clients through professional financial analysis and consultative services.
- Provide regular market information updates and trend analysis to clients, ensuring they are well-informed and empowered to make informed financial decisions.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in managing the affluent segment, with a proven track record of sales performance.
- Experience in covering the North Asian markets, with a focus on the Taiwan market.
- Recognized university degree and CMFAS certification (RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI).
- Sound knowledge of banking products and services, including investment products such as unit trusts, bancassurance, and treasury products.
- Multi-lingual and able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Drive to succeed, with a focus on achieving sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Willingness to travel for business.
