Premier Relationship Manager, Onshore Premier Banking

As a Premier Relationship Manager at OCBC Bank, your role will be to develop and maintain strategic relationships with affluent clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:
- Active acquisition and prospecting of new Premier Banking Onshore customers
- Contribute to the bottom-line of Premier Banking through the accomplishment of profit and growth targets
- Manage the relationships with new and existing affluent customers
- Up-sell, cross-sell and provide regular market information updates and trend analysis
- Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of Premier Banking
For this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in managing the affluent segment. You will also possess a recognised university degree and CMFAS certification. Sound knowledge of banking products and services, including investment products, is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team, are also required.
The successful candidate will be focused, disciplined, and driven to achieve sales quotas and revenue. They will be comfortable with tele-consulting and have a creative approach to problem-solving.
