Premier Relationship Manager, Onshore Premier Banking

As a Premier Relationship Manager, Onshore Premier Banking, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our purpose of delivering an amazing banking experience that's uncomplicated and complements our customers' changing lifestyle and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing affluent customers, driving business growth and profitability.
- Contribute to the bottom-line of Premier Banking through the accomplishment of profit and growth targets.
- Manage relationships with new and existing customers through professional consultative financial analysis.
- Provide regular market information updates and trend analysis to customers.
- Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of Premier Banking.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in managing the affluent segment.
- Recognised university degree and CMFAS certification.
- Sound knowledge of banking products and services, including investment products.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to tele-consult.
- Creative and able to work independently and in a team.
- Drive to succeed and focused on achieving sales quota and revenue.
