  • Training Program Development
    • Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives
    • Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
  • Training Delivery
    • Deliver training sessions to employees at various levels of the organization
    • Provide coaching and support to trainees before, during, and after training sessions
  • Training Evaluation
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
    • Conduct regular audits to determine skill gaps and training priorities
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with Area Managers to identify training needs and develop training plans
    • Communicate training objectives and outcomes to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • WSQ Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Learning and Development
  • Skills
    • Proven experience in instructional design and training delivery
    • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
    • Certification in training and development (e.g., ACTA) is a plus
