Senior Condominium Cleaner

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of condominium premises, providing a comfortable environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of building floor areas, including lifts and lobby floors through regular sweeping and mopping.
  • Cleaning of lift panels, glass panels, and letterboxes to prevent dirt and grime buildup.
  • Clearing common rubbish bins and maintaining cleaning standards in area compounds.
  • Packing and preparing cleaning equipment for next day usage.
  • Reporting any matters or feedback to supervisors when necessary.
  • Completion of ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
Essential Requirements:
  • No prior experience is required; applicants with experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work overtime hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Prior cleaning experience in a condominium will be an added advantage.

This position requires physical fitness and the ability to work independently. Essential skills include water handling, time management, sanitation, pressure handling, housekeeping, and hospitality.
