Job Title: Condo Technician

A vacancy exists for a skilled Condo Technician to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of condominium facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Condominium Manager in the daily operations of equipment and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and functional.
  • Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive and corrective maintenance work to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
  • Respond to resident feedback, take remedial actions, or recommend course corrections to the Condominium Manager.
  • Solve common problems such as replacing lights, taps, etc., and perform other handyman assignments directed by management.
  • Collaborate with the Condo Manager to achieve site team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Nitec / Higher Nitec in Building / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively.
  • Possess strong initiative and analytical skills, with a willingness to work beyond normal hours and on weekends or public holidays if necessary.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in solving handyman and technical problems, especially electrical wiring and lighting.
  • Work at height certificate.
  • Experience with mechanical/electrical installations and systems is an advantage (e.g., ACMV, lifts, fire protection, electrical DB, pumps, water tanks, taps and sinks, shower heads, leaking or choked pipes, etc.).
  • Singapore Citizen or PR.
Working Conditions:
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, with one hour lunch break every day.
  • Saturdays, 9:00am - 12:00pm, with one hour lunch break.
