About the Role:
The role of a Condominium Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of condominiums. This includes supervising and coordinating maintenance and site staff, engaging in maintenance, repairs, and improvements to the property, managing contracts and performance of service providers according to contractual requirements and government regulations, managing expenditure, budgets, financial records, and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, government rules & regulations and policies, preparing agendas, minutes, recording, and convening and attending all councils meetings & AGM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of condominium operations.
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and site staff.
- Engage in maintenance, repairs, and improvements to the property.
- Manage contracts and performance of service providers.
- Manage finances, including budgeting and financial record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, government rules, and regulations.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and records for council meetings.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or diploma in Estate Management, Building, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in condominium management.
- Maturity and independence to lead a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and IT literacy.
- Knowledge of BMSMA and general building defects (a plus).
