Condominium Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the daily operations of a condominium complex, ensuring seamless management and maintenance.

  • Fully responsible for day-to-day condominium operations, supervising site staff and term contractors.
  • Lead and supervise site staff, carrying out routine servicing and reviewing contracts.
  • Ensure all contract works are carried out according to agreements, reviewing all contracts before their expiry.
  • Timely responses to feedback and complaints, complying with relevant laws, government rules, and company policies.
  • Recommend budgets for Maintenance Fund and Sinking Fund.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum O Level, Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related field.
  • 4 years' experience as Condominium Manager, preferably with at least 2 years managing a condo over 500 units.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle complaints and grievances professionally.
  • Conversant in BMSM Act, proficient in MS Office and IT savvy.
  • Meticulous and able to multitask.
