Job Title: Condominium Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced condominium management specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of site staff, ensuring effective communication and interpersonal skills, and supervising all maintenance, repairs, and improvement works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of site staff to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Schedule and coordinate all maintenance, repairs, and improvement works.
  • Manage contracts and performance of service providers according to contractual requirements and/or government regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, government rules & regulations and policies.
Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma in Estate Management, Building or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in condominium management.
  • Proficiency in MS office and IT savvy to operate condominium apps.
  • Knowledge of BMSMA and understanding of general building defects.
