Job Title: Condominium Property Administrator

The role of Condominium Property Administrator is a critical one that encompasses the daily operations of a building or condominium. This involves overseeing and coordinating maintenance and administrative staff to ensure all contractual obligations are met, as well as reviewing contracts before their expiration.

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance and administrative personnel assigned to the building or condominium.
  • Maintain high standards in performing all maintenance functions expected by clients and subsidiary proprietors.
  • Lead a team providing services such as maintenance, finance, security, fire safety, and car park management.
  • E nsure contract works and routine servicing are carried out as per the specifications outlined in contractual agreements.
  • Review all contracts, agreements, and insurance policies before they expire, recommending renewal or seeking quotations.
  • Coordinate council meetings and general meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Possession of an estate management diploma or degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to manage pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good administrative and computer literacy.
  • Mature and outgoing personality.
