Condominium Property Manager

The Condominium Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned condominiums, providing leadership and supervision to site staff and contractors. This role involves managing maintenance functions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and coordinating council meetings.

This position requires a high level of organization, time management, and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders.

  • Fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned condominium
  • Provide leadership and supervision of the site staff and term contractors
  • Oversee the maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and subsidiary proprietors
  • Ensure all contract works/routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement
  • Contract review and submission of Recommendation to Award documents
  • Come up with Preventative Plans and post incident analysis
  • Ensure timely and prompt responses to all feedbacks and complaints following management rules and regulations
  • Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules and regulations and company's policies
  • Coordinate Council Meetings and General Meetings including preparation of documents/reports and minutes taking
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Management
