Job Title: Property Management Professional

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking to excel in property management?

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential condominium, ensuring that all services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations.

  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas, equipment, public walkways, and external façade. Recommend and approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
  • Respond to escalated resident needs, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and council members through effective communication and rapport-building.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices in property management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years of relevant experience in residential/condominium/strata management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to apply technical knowledge and judgment to resolve complex issues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
