Job Title: Residential Space Maintenance Specialist

This position involves maintaining cleanliness and providing a pleasant environment for residents within the condominium premises. The Condominium Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that all communal spaces are clean and well-maintained, including lifts, lift lobbies, and other areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of building floor areas through sweeping and mopping.
  • Cleaning of lift panels, glass panels, and letterboxes to ensure they remain free from dirt and grime.
  • Emptying and cleaning common rubbish bins.
  • Packing and preparing cleaning equipment for next day usage.
  • Reporting any matters or feedback to the supervisor as necessary.
  • Performing additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience is required for this position.
  • Ability to work overtime hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Willingness to collaborate with others as part of a team.
  • A previous background in cleaning within a condominium setting is an advantageous skill.
