We are seeking a dedicated staff member to join our team in a condominium cleaning role.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to maintaining a clean and comfortable living space for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas within the condominium premises
  • Sweep and mop building floor areas, including lift and lift lobbies
  • Wipe down lift panels, glass panels, and letterboxes to ensure they are free of dirt and grime
  • Clear the common rubbish bins
  • Clean and pack cleaning equipment for next day usage
  • Report any matters or feedback to the supervisor as necessary
Requirements:
  • No prior experience is required – we welcome applicants without previous experience
  • Able to work overtime hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Will to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Prior cleaning experience in a condominium setting is advantageous but not essential
