About the Job

  • We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in this challenging position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction costs and ensure projects are completed on time;
  • Contact and liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors;
  • Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements;
  • Conduct market research and interpret market information;
  • Scrutinize maintenance and material costs as well as contracts to ensure the best deals;
  • Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents;
  • Prepare cost estimates and develop budget plans for tender;
  • Provide full assistance and support to the Projects team;
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders;
  • Travel from the office to various sites as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum relevant Degree or equivalent;
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in Building Construction;
  • Good team player, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Positive work attitude;
  • Good interpersonal and supervisory skills.
