Job Title:
Residential Construction Project Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Lead to oversee the day-to-day site operations of landed residential projects. This includes conducting regular meetings with team members to ensure they are aware of their tasks and responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
  • Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on project matters, including variations and changes.
  • Build strong client relationships and meet client needs.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documents and reports.

Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • At least 3 years' experience in managing landed residential projects.

Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
  • Singapore Class 3 driving license.
